CANCELLATIONS POLICY

No cancellations 24 hours prior to your booking. Late cancellations will result in full payment due.

If you have to cancel your appointment on the day please contact us directly. We are empathetic in unique circumstances.

LATE POLICY

Please be on time for your appointment. Lateness causes a knock on effect to other people’s appointments and running of the business.

There is a 10 minute grace period for lateness. If you are later than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment may be cancelled with full payment due.

In unforeseen circumstances that you may feel like you will run late please contact us directly so that we can do our best to accommodate appropriately.

NO-SHOW POLICY

No-shows will not be tolerated. Full payment for a no-show appointment will be due. Until a no-show payment has been made, a further appointment will not be made bookable.

PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us. 

We only collect personal information that you voluntarily provide - such as your name and contact information. Your private information is not shared with any third parties without your consent via our booking system (Fresha). Your information is stored securely for as long as necessary. You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information at any given time.

Please note:

Your appointment may be altered by 15-30 minutes for optimisation for the business.

We ask that you come to your appointment alone and at the time of your appointment only.

If you are unwell please do not come into the studio, please reschedule your appointment.

Please under no circumstances come into your appointment intoxicated.

There is no public lift access within the building, please be aware that there are stairs.

We're right beside the M8 motorway (at Kingston Bridge).

Large, private car park directly across the street and on-street parking.

5 minute walk from Anderston Station.

10 minute walk from Glasgow Central Station.
