CANCELLATIONS POLICY

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations made on the day will be charged the full appointment fee.

If you have to cancel your appointment on the day please contact us directly. We are empathetic in unique circumstances.

LATE POLICY

Please be on time for your appointment. Arriving late disrupts other people’s scheduled appointments and the running of the business.

There is a 10 minute grace period for lateness. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in cancellation of your appointment, with full payment required.

In unforeseen circumstances that you may feel like you will run late please contact us directly so that we can do our best to accommodate appropriately.

NO-SHOW POLICY

No-show appointments are subject to full payment. Future appointments will not be bookable until payment has been received.

PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us. 

We only collect personal information that you voluntarily provide - such as your name and contact information. Your private information is not shared with any third parties without your consent via our booking system (Fresha). Your information is stored securely for as long as necessary. You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information at any given time.

Your appointment may be altered by 15-30 minutes for optimisation for the business.

We ask that you come to your appointment alone and at the time of your appointment only.

If you are unwell please do not come into the studio. Please reschedule your appointment. If you show up to your appointment unwell, your appointment will be cancelled on the spot, with the full fee due.

Please under no circumstances come into your appointment intoxicated. If you come to your appointment intoxicated your appointment will be cancelled on the spot, with the full fee due.

There is no public lift access within the building, please be aware that there are stairs.

We're right beside the M8 motorway (at Kingston Bridge).
