CANCELLATION POLICY

IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT, NO PROBLEM! PLEASE DO SO OR LET ME KNOW MORE THAN 48HRS BEFORE THE START TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. NO CANCELLATIONS 48HRS TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. TO PROTECT MY SMALL BUSINESS. I WILL CHARGE 50% CANCELLATION FEE IF CANCELLED WITHIN 48HRS AND 100% IF CANCELLED WITHIN 24HRS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF YOUR CARD BOUNCES AND YOU FAIL TO PAY THIS IF CONTACTED YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BOOK ANOTHER APPOINTMENT UNTIL THIS IS PAID. NO SHOWS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. IF YOU DO NOT SHOW UP FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT AND HAVE GIVEN NO NOTICE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE COST OF SERVICES YOU WERE BOOKED IN FOR.

LATE POLICY

IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE, PLEASE NOTIFY ME. THERE IS A 10 MIN GRACE PERIOD TO ALLOW FOR OCCASIONAL LATENESS, BUT PLEASE NOTE YOUR REQUESTED SERVICES MAY NEED TO BE ALTERED TO ACCOMMODATE THE SHORTENED APPOINTMENT TIME. THAT BEING SAID, YOU WILL STILL REQUIRE TO PAY TO SERVICE FEES YOU ORIGINALLY BOOKED IN FOR. IF YOU ARE 15 MINS LATE OR MORE, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED A NO SHOW FEE OF 100% OF THE SERVICES BOOKED IN FOR.

NAIL ART

IF YOU ARE GETTING NAIL ART, PLEASE SEND ME A DIRECT MESSAGE WITH WHAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO GET BEFORE COMING IN SO I AM ABLE TO PREPARE. I ASK THAT YOU MESSAGE ME WITH YOUR IDEA AT LEAST 18 HRS BEFORE YOU APPOINTMENT SO WE HAVE TIME TO IRON OUT THE FINAL PLAN BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL!

REMONALS

PLEASE NOTE THAT REMOVALS HAVE TO BE BOOKED IN ADDITION TO YOUR DESIRED NAIL SERVICE. I ONLY PROVIDE REMOVALS FOR MY OWN WORK, SO IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER ARTISTS WORK ON YOUR NAILS, PLEASE HAVE THEM REMOVED BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT.

ADDITIONAL COSTS

IF YOU WISH TO UPGRADE YOUR ART AND ADD CHROME, RHINESTONES, GEMS, ETC. I WILL ADD AN ADDITIONAL COST TO YOUR SERVICE OF £5-10 DEPENDING ON WHAT YOU WANT. WITH THAT BEING SAID, I WILL ONLY AGREE TO UPGRADING IF I HAVE TIME FOR IT.

If you are unwell please do not come into the studio, please reschedule your appointment.

Please under no circumstances come into your appointment intoxicated.

There is no public lift access within the building, please be aware that there are stairs.
